Accessories for Tundish Systems

As a former daughter company of Zimmermann & Jansen we are one of the first producers of FLOCON-products in Germany. The actual program includes:

	Complete thundish valve Type 4200/6300
	Basic assembling sheet The basic assembling sheet is screwed on the main frame which is welded to thundish bottom.
	Wear ring During operation the centering plate can be damaged. If this happens the wear ring has to be replaced.
	Permanent magnets (holding magnets) The basic assembling sheet are equipped with permanent magnets to keep the head disk in position. The magnets are fixed by headless bolts. During maintenance the retention force of the magnets has to be checked.
	Thundish valve housing The thundish valve housing guides the sliding frame
	Floor plate for thundish valve housing with guiding and fixing elements The floor plate is fixed to the thundish valve housing, the guiding element allow the smooth movement of the valve without any stick-slip effects
	Closing devices Each vale includes a closing device on both sides. This elements are under permant mechanically stress during operation and must be checked regularly and replaced if necessary.
	Sliding frame Permanent magnets
	Floor plate-gliding frame with guiding and fixing elements The floor plate is fastened at the gliding frame.
	Thermodynamic springs The thermodynamic springs are located at the gliding frame to push the slide disk to the head disk.
	Hydraulic cylinder with coupling The movement of the gliding frame are controlled by the cylinder wich is coupled to the sliding frame.
