Technique for driving safety centres
Driving safety centres simulate with actual technology the critical situations of the traffic and help the driver to exercise under controlled but realistic conditions.

Sliding system:
The double roded cylinder is located centrically in the construction, the cylinder rod is connected to the skidding plate. Flexible fixing points eliminate tolerances during the operation. The Hydraulic power unit, the central lubrication system and also the accumulator bank are located at the bottom of the frame. The proportional directional control valve is located close to the cylinder to prevent the system from pulsations. The electronic equipment and the proportional amplifier are assembled in a heatable cabinet under the sliding system. The cabinet is part of the steel construction of theskidding plate. The Plate is guided by two chromeplated rods and brass protected gliding bearings. For inspection you can check the electronic, the liquids and the mechanical components without removal the skidding plate.
Water obstacles:
The water obstacles shall represent a real obstacle for the trainee at the driving safety training - high enough and almost non-transparent.
The water obstacles can be modular operated. Position and length of the obstacle can be coordinated with the respective training situation. In addition, it is possible to simulate a sudden situation for the driver. The modular system reduce the installation time and help to reduce the maintenance time by replacing complete modules.
